First, notice how his hip is flexes into the court at the beginning.
Next, notice how his tossing arm continues to go upward even after the ball is released.
Next, see how his weight shifts into the ball. I think it is best to actually shift the weight to the front foot when the tossing arm goes down, but you may disagree on that.
Now, see how the white part of his hand is facing you as he takes the racquet down, back and up. This prevents the him from having his palm face upward as if he were a waiter holding a tray.
