Say Yes To Tennis is a portable program. We take our services to the community at large.

We are a grass roots community tennis program that prides itself on being nimble and resourceful.

The aim of this form is to facilitate record keeping. Our staff utilizes this sheet to submit their hours worked. This of course enables them to input their hours for any location where they can access our site.

So instead of having to traipse to our home office twice a month to drop off their time sheets, they can spend their time in more important pursuits...like happiness.

Your staff will simply love a form like this. I know ours does. Additionally it serves as an audit for not only the hours worked but also for the time the sheet was submitted. And if you are observant you will notice staffing patterns that emerge. We have over twenty five employees working in various sites in our county so this form becomes vital.

Please note, submit time sheet only once per pay period.
